One of the meanings of “Charm” in Korean is “a sincere heart for a patient”
In other words, it means “the power of giving delight” in English. Our name values these two meanings combined as a whole. The mission of Charm Acupuncture is simply to let patients take a break for physical and mental health in their busy everyday life and to give patients delight while they get treatments in our clinic.

An Optimized Treatment Environment – Charm Acupuncture provides private rooms, in which acupuncture combines with sound healing therapy while patients are getting treatments. In addition, all our treatment equipment such as needles, patient gowns, and towels are the highest level of sanitation.

Differentiation
The beauty of Oriental medicine is to consist of personalized treatments tailored to each patient’s constitution and health condition to effectively treat them. In addition, Oriental medicine helps to find not only the underlying root cause of an individual’s symptoms but also relieving those symptoms. Due to a holistic view of Oriental medicine, patients are able to restore balance to their body, improve the body’s function and promote the natural self-healing process using acupuncture, restorative herbal medicine, and other treatment.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture needles are fine, sterile, disposable needles that are stimulating specific acupuncture points to insert it into the skin. Usually, these needles are inserted from 1/4 inch to 1 inch in depth. Although everyone feels differently about the depth of insertion according to their degree of sensitiveness, it does not cause discomfort or pain. Once a needle reaches its intended depth, patients will be likely to feel a dull ache, a mild or slight tingling sensation, but it’s a normal response. Patients generally feel relaxed during the 20-minute acupuncture session and revitalized after the session.
